DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! A HAMMER TO THE FACE WOULD BE BETTER THAN COMING HERE!!!!!!!!! I'm convinced these folks are scammers. They pad their books with tons of check-up appointments to get that easy insurance money and then they make you wait MONTHS for an actual procedure. I needed a root canal. Had to go in and pay to be seen by 2 different dentists before I could be scheduled for the procedure. Fine. Did it. Procedure comes around and they said my blood pressure was too high to receive more numbing meds and I would have to be cleared by my doc to move fwd. Fine. They said they sent the release to my doc to sign. New appt in 6 wks. At 4p the day before my appt, the office calls and tells me they haven't recvd my release and asked me to see if I can get it. AT FOUR PM???????!!!! I tried and was told that it would be sent to me, but they weren't able to give a guarantee that I would recv it before my appt. I relayed this info to Jazmine and she forced me to reschedule for ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS LATER!!!!! By 6p, the signed release was in my inbox. I forwarded it to Lane's office and asked if I could still come in for my originally scheduled visit and they didn't even have the decency to reply. When I called the office, I was told my appt was already given away. I found another dentist that was closer to me. I had ONE visit and the root canal was scheduled for 2 days later and cost a FRACTION of what Lane's office quoted me. Their pricing is inflated so they can pay for that CT machine and they don't allow you to opt out of the CT, so they force you to pay for it. I honestly feel like this place should be investigated.

I love going to my appointments! This location is so friendly and professional. They are welcoming and very supportive of my dental care. I have never had it easy my whole life( I am not young) when it comes to my teeth. I faithfully brush, floss, water pick- to the point of almost OCD and take seriously maintaining healthy teeth. They make me feel so positive about my efforts and encourage me to continue being consistent. If you don't have a location for your dental care- this is a great place to make home. Your teeth will love you for it 🙂!

I recently took my 91-year-old mother to Lane Dentistry, where she had previously been a patient of Dr. Bailey, and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, every team member we interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive. I especially want to recognize September—she was incredibly gracious and patient with my mom, who has limited mobility. The appointment lasted about two hours, and September kept her comfortable and engaged the entire time. Truly exceptional care—I’d give her a 10+ out of 10. Dr. Bailey was equally impressive. He was thoughtful, patient, and took the time to clearly walk us through three different options for my mom’s ongoing dental care, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Lane Dentistry, for making what could have been a difficult day such a positive experience. You made our day a little brighter.

I had a great experience at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry (Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh NC). The customer service was excellent, and the entire team was very professional from start to finish. Dr. Marcus Curry has an outstanding bedside manner and took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which truly helped ease my anxiety. Tonya, the dental assistant, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. She made sure I was comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. Together, they made what could have been a very scary situation feel manageable and calm. I truly appreciate the patience, professionalism, and genuine care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Marcus Curry and his team to anyone looking for quality dental care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Dr. Curry and Tania provided excellent care for me. I highly recommend their services. Everything is explained very well. The procedure went very smoothly. The environment is clean and soothing. The staff is very pleasant. Best root canal ever!
