Nothing upsets me more than waiting almost 2 months for an appointment just for them to call the day of and tell you that they don’t take your secondary insurance that you know you’ll use. I called and specifically asked the lady I scheduled with if they took Truassure and I gave her all the group numbers and Id numbers at the time of scheduling. They tried to blame us for not filling out the paperwork till the day of the appointment when I specifically asked her the day I scheduled if they took our insurance and again gave her all the group/id numbers. We ended up cancelling our appointment and now have to get into another dentist hopefully who can communicate and not lie about the insurance they take.

They were rude to me over text after they were reaching out to me for a second bill since they failed to check my insurance prior to the visit.

I recently visited Midtown Dental for my routine cleaning on March 12, 2025, and I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Beth. She is incredibly thorough, and her attention to detail truly sets her apart. After trying various dental clinics over the past decade, I can confidently say she’s the best. My family immediately noticed how clean and shiny my teeth were afterward. I highly recommend Dr. Beth for any dental cleaning or procedure—you won’t be disappointed!

Tyler is a great dentist. Knows his stuff. Staff is friendly. Been going here since I was a child and have no complaints.

I've been a patient here for about 5 years now. After bad experiences at a couple other dental offices, I have so much anxiety about seeing dentists. I am so happy I found Dr. Tyler, as I never have anxiety about going in for my appointments anymore. Everyone at the office is so friendly. They always call me by name and take the time to get to know me. I have seen the same hygienist at each appointment and she is absolutely wonderful. She is gentle, thorough, and personable. I always have nice conversations with her during my appointments and even though I only see her twice a year, she always recalls things I have told her in the past. You can tell she really cares about the patients and wants to get to know you. It makes the whole experience way more enjoyable and comfortable. Dr. Tyler always listens to any concerns I have and has great bedside manner. As with any dentist office, booking far in advance is usually needed, as Dr. Tyler's schedule seems to fill up quick. No surprise though, since he is such a great dentist. They have online scheduling which is super convenient. They have also been very accommodating when I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment.
