Update: As of today, I will not return to this office. My interactions today with Kendra and Jennifer made this decision very easy. Lack of communication, lack of respect, and overall dismissive behavior os unacceptable. I want to feel welcome, heard, and understood as a patient and unfortunately this is not the case. If they continue with this behavior, tgru will continue to lose patients. Do better, take accountability! The whole experience did a 360 from the first day. Aftercare/experience is just as important! My overall experience at Healthy Smiles was truly a step above. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for such an outstanding experience, I truly appreciate it!

My entire experience was amazing and that’s an understatement. The staff were great. I came in, in so much pain I could barely move my face. They got me in and out in no time with no hassle. They even have payment options and affordable care plans. I definitely recommend and Im happy to say Ive found a new dental home.

Kendra at the front desk was AMAZING. I called first thing when the office opened two weeks ago. Unfortunately for Kendra I started bawling within the first 5 minutes. After I explained my recent visit to Aspen dental who quoted me thousands for care. I was so frustrated at having insurance and still not being able to go to the dentist. My only concern at the time was finding affordable care. I got so lucky and got Kendra on the phone; she listened, she explained, she honestly went above what I would call a job in that situation. Today was my appointment and I feel so lucky that I randomly called and picked this place off the internet. As soon as I walked in I was greeted which was a vary vast difference from aspen who didnt acknowledge me, couldn't find my insurance info, the hygienist was kind, explained the procedures, they comped my xrays because the ones I got sent from Aspen were not clear. They respected my time, were friendly, kind, affordable. I am now 4ever on team healthy smiles and it wasn't the free wine or tshirt. All though that did help lol 😀 However for me it was genuinely the kindness they showed through ALL interactions. Don't go anywhere else for dental care this is the place you want.

The Staff is amazing. They really worked with me to make sure I felt comfortable. Talked to me at every stage of my visit and discussed how and when everything I need could be done. Spent the time to break down the cost and not pressure me. I look forward to my next up coming visits and that says a lot. Because, let's be honest. Who really wants to go to the dentist. But this was so relaxed. It was a great experience. So Thanks.

From the moment we walked in, every interaction was friendly! The ladies at the front desk were smiling and quick to help us. Madison was lovely the entire time while cleaning my teeth and explaining what she was doing and why every step of the way. The doctor was just as kind. As a new patient, I’ve been sold! Great experience and excited to have found a great place.
