I had several great experiences with Dr. Jones and two different dental hygienists at KCK Dental Professionals—the clinical care is excellent, and the providers are professional, thorough, and easy to work with. However, I ultimately chose to leave because of ongoing administrative issues: Access to records: Getting copies of my dental records was far more difficult than it should have been. A simple request for my x-rays to support my wisdom tooth removal resulted in an argument with staff. Ultimately, they did provide my records because, legally, they have to do so. When I later requested my full records, it took multiple (5, to be exact) rounds of follow-up to receive a complete record. Throughout, I was given inconsistent explanations about how records could be sent and what was recorded. Additionally, the office staff seem to misunderstand what HIPAA is for (i.e. the law doesn't provide a barrier for patient access to their own records). Just be aware that you may need to be persistent and you also may need to argue if you decide to go to this office and you need your records for some reason. Appointment communications: Policies around confirming appointments seemed to change. The automated text messages communicating those policies were often inconsistent and, at times, a bit rude in tone. You can opt out of these, and I suggest you do if you head to this office. If you can navigate the administrative side, the quality of care here is genuinely strong. It’s just unfortunate that the front office experience doesn’t match the level of the clinical team.

Dr Jones is a great dentist, I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. She has made me feel comfortable with the work I am having done and my decision. Thank you for being kind to me!

This was my first visit to this establishment as my insurance change and I had to switch dentist. I was in a lot of pain because my tooth was infected. They helped me take care of everything in my price range but most importantly made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I really like the feel of the environment and the lady who was with me from the start was the sweetest and had an easy about her that put me at easy which honestly isn't as easy as I am terrified of being at the dentist. I didn't tell her that. I will definitely be continuing to go here.

I completed my treatment plan with ease and I owe it all to KCK Dental Professionals. Dr. Carol Jones and the staff are excellent. Thank you so much for making this experience wonderful.

I have a phobia of dentist because of past experiences. I walked in scared fearing the unknown. Dr.Jones and her assistant Aleina came with the cure all right away. Seeing my fear they talked with me, calmed me down, told me I had nothing to worry about as they put T.V on for me then proceeded at my pace when I was ready. (I never felt so comfortable at a place I was scared at.) I can honestly say from the treatment I received there. I will be returning to complete and finish the work on my teeth without fear next time. -Thank you to all KCK Dental Professionals workers you lady's are amazing!
