The customer service here is great. I came for a deep cleaning and a couple of teeth extractions. The staff is great from the front desk to the dentist Dr.Ramit Joshi. Alina is great at what she does,she walks you through the process,answered all my questions. Also,the hygienist Ravneet was great made me feel comfortable through the process. Also, there was a bump when they got ready to extract the teeth and Robert explained that stitches needed to be done,and made me feel comfortable. I recommend this place everyone

Absolutely among the best dental clinic in the Kansas City area for all family dental needs. Dr. Joshi and the team are incredibly professional, caring, and thorough. They make every visit comfortable and stress‑free. Highly recommended!

This honestly would’ve been a 5 star service if the front lady desk wasn’t so rude. Amazing work by the lady who did my cleaning but geez make sure that whoever is on the back of front desk has good attitude. She’s taking phone calls while attending us and making us wait. As well as being rude asking if we were just going to stand there or go and get helped. She looked awfully busy and appeared as if she couldn’t help a customer.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Vicki at Central Avenue Dental is phenomenal—even over the phone. I didn’t even have to step into the office to feel how kind, genuine, and professional she is. Vicki has this calm, warm energy that comes through the moment she picks up the call. She’s incredibly personable, patient, and makes you feel like you’re in good hands from the start. Scheduling and asking questions can be stressful, especially with medical stuff—but Vicki makes it easy and comfortable. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you're not just another appointment, but someone who matters. If the rest of the office is anything like her, I’m in good hands. Vicki is a rockstar.
