Dr. O, Jessica, Chris and Patricia took great care of my husband and me this morning! Excellent 6 month check up and cleaning experience. Their panoramic X-ray machine made it possible to get the full picture in 30 seconds, pain free. The doctor and Chris provided clear and detailed information regarding the triage of necessary treatments and insurance coverage. I am confident in moving forward with the procedures I need, and happy to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dental care home.

I have now been to the office four times and every visit has an issue. My forth and final visit was due to a billing error. They mailed me a bill for $121 which was because they failed to apply my payment for $119 at the time of service. They apologized then said they will just add the remaining $2 to my next appointment. I paid the $2 ( never had to pay for an error before) ). I told them We are Done. But Let's start at the beginning. My first appointment was over an hour. The first person holds the title of Most Aggressive Flosser. After she was finished violently attacking my gums, the next person was the dental hygienist who was pleasant and professional. After she polished and cleaned my teeth, another wait began. When my time in the office hit the 70 minute mark I said I needed to go. The Dr Neeland, who was 3 feet away with a patient, turned around, evaluated me, said I needed a filling repaired. I scheduled that apt, my next cleaning and I was finally done. My second time through the door was to pay what was not covered by my insurance. I took a few steps around the corner ( no doors, no privacy ) to the patient chairs to snap a few pictures. The office is open, which means there very little privacy between patients. My third time to the office was for my filling repair. That was typical until the end. After all the work was finished, Dr. Neeland ordered a panoramic X-Ray. I would call this $170 service Overtreatment. I have never had a post procedure X-Ray. In an era of rampant insurance Fraud Waste and Abuse, I know how this office stays open...

Dr. Ortinau and Rocky were professional and extremely comforting. I came in embarrassed after not having received a dental cleaning in five years and the whole staff made the experience anything but embarrassing. Honestly enjoyed my dentist visit!

I’ve been going to Dr Anderson for years and absolutely love the care I receive. The staff is all so friendly and the hygienist is the best. Makes you feel comfortable and gives suggestions for ways to better incorporate all the dental care into our daily busy lives. Thank you guys for being fabulous!

I liked everyone at the practice. Dr. Neeland was very nice. After my cleaning, I was given a treatment plan for a crown, build-up, lab fee and 2 fillings for a total of $2,250. A friend and orthodontist recommended I see another dentist at King Family Dental before continuing. I'm glad I did. Dr. King recommended no such treatment. In fact, no treatment at all. He had no idea what fillings Dr. Neeland planned to do. Apparently some large dental practices pay based on production. I don't know how Perry Dental does it, but I'm glad I did not stay with them.
