Dr. Lachance and his team made going to the dentist completely anxiety free. I had neglected my dental health for a long time due to past trauma, and finding a place I felt safe going to was incredibly important to me. I found Greenway Dental online and, after reading the reviews, decided to make an appointment. I’m happy to say everything I read was absolutely true. The entire team was respectful, understanding, and genuinely welcoming. Most importantly, I never felt judged. I’m very grateful to have found a dental office that truly cares about its patients.

I started going to Greenway Dental when I lived down the road in Loring Park (5 minute drive). I’ve since moved to Mound and have stayed with Greenway Dental even though my commute is now 30+ minutes. I really trust Dr.Lachance and Amanda, my hygienist, to give me the best, most comfortable care, and truly think they have my best interest when suggesting treatments (fillings, crowns, etc.) When I had my first appointment, I was honest with them in how I hadn’t gone to the dentist for a few years and they did not make me feel judged or ashamed of that. I’d recommend Greenway dental to anyone living in the area!

Probably one of the best dentist I’ve ever gone to, definitely top tier. Everyone is super friendly and Dr. LaChance made getting a filling such a pleasant experience. I’ve had fillings in the past but with Dr.LaChance was different, he made it a great experience even with being numbed with the needle it was an overall smooth process and as crazy as it sounds I’m actually looking forward to getting my next fillings.

This team is the best I have ever experienced! First off, the office is incredibly comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and real people! They talk to you like they’ve known you. They provide extra comfort measures throughout the appointment that can support almost any person where they might need more distraction/calming interventions. The adult treats at the end are the icing on the cake for adorable-beds here! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Best of the best.

I had dental treatment for tooth #2 with Dr. Lachance in 2023. I was told that I would receive a FULL coverage crown. After the treatment, I later learned from another dental provider that it was a PARTIAL CROWN rather than a FULL CROWN. He tried many times to put the crown on me but he wasn’t able to make it. at first he didn’t mention I need to do a root canal, but I ended up having ROOT CANAL in the process of him putting crown on me. Subsequent dental evaluations indicated that the tooth may have a limited long-term prognosis and now I was recommended EXTRACTION and IMPLANT only THREE years after. I am sharing my experience based on my personal records, imaging, and consultations with other dental providers.
