My sister recommended this dental clinic to me and told me it was amazing — and she was absolutely right. I have honestly never liked going to a dental office before, but this is the first dental clinic I truly love. The experience was incredible. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was surprisingly cheerful and positive. It didn’t feel like a clinic at all — it felt more like a family. I came in for a cleaning, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and the whole process was comfortable and professional. Highly recommend!

I was a new customer. Made my appointment in March, the 1st opening was April 23rd. Sounded like the answering service was in India, but got it done. I arrived early at 12:30 for my 1pm appt. because I suspected there would be forms to fill out. They handed me a tablet that needed a charge, but I got it done in low energy mode. There were 2 people before me and 5 came in after me. They were ALL called back before me! So after waiting 45 min. I asked what was going on and they assured me it would just be a few more minutes. 5 minutes later I was ushered back for a series of 13 X-rays that were painful and I'm not a wimp. I have a high tolerance to pain. Then back to the 2nd room and waited another 20 minutes! The tech that came in introduced herself from over my right shoulder. Never saw her face. She put a bib on me and poked around for a minute & looked at my X-rays & said I would need 2 crowns on "3 & 15" but that wouldn't happen today, this would just be a cleaning today. So I waited another 10 minutes. (by now it's 2:50) and another tech comes in to announce (over my right shoulder) that we're out of time so the cleaning will have to wait for the next appt. I said "I think we're done here - raise the chair please." And as I was getting up I was instructed to return to the reception area for check out. I knew this would rob me of another 15minutes so I quietly walked out. My appointment was with Dr. Juan Loyola and I never saw him. All the staff were women - not that there's anything wrong with that but they were over booked and I cannot recommend this practice to ANYONE!

I visited Charles Dental Care a year ago for work on my teeth, I felt very uncomfortable with the service. My lady referred me to Harbor Dental Associates where I truly felt the professional care, genuine and softness I needed for a delicate, emotional process, not feeling rush, every process, even with cash I have to fork up. Care and transparency which made me move forward with the process from the sweet young lady’s having genuine conversation easing my anxiety. They haven’t done any work yet, but send repeated text messages to ensure my comfort and communication. After the work I will return for more work I need, insure I’ll be well taken care of. I will never go back to this office. My filling on my front tooth fell out. They kept me waiting in the dentist chair for over an hour. I told them I get very anxious for dental work. I was getting more and more anxious by the minute. They said they needed to take my blood pressure. I told them it would be high because I was having so much anxiety. My blood pressure was high and my pulse was racing. They offered nothing for sedation. They finally said, “you’ve got to lower your blood pressure or we won’t do the procedure.” My BP finally went down enough. The filling they put in had a distinct line and rough on my front teeth. The dentist “polished” the tooth 4 times, but it never felt right. When I was not happy, the dentist said I’d have to get a veneer for it to be “perfect.” I was so ready to get out of there. I paid the bill, left, had a sore mouth for 2 days, and will never be back.

Office Manager Morgan is rude and does not take accountability for the shortcomings of her staff. I was treated very poorly during a recent visit. The staff does not do a good job with communication and the management does NOTHING about it, in fact her communication skills are worst than the support staff. To spend thousands of dollars out of pocket and have to deal with such poor customer service skills is a shame. Would not recommend this establishment.
