My appointment with Smile Philosophy exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. Tamia walked me through each step, understanding that my anxiety was very high. Dr. Williams’ pleasant attitude and warm smile kept me at ease, even during the procedure. Paris also stepped in and was very reassuring. As someone with diabetes, I informed the staff, and they were fully prepared to assist if needed. Thank you all for your great service.

From the moment I walked in, my experience was excellent. The reception Jaliah was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The office was clean, organized, and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Williams and his staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated the kindness and care shown during my appointment. Overall, this was one of the best dental visits I’ve had, and I highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone looking for outstanding care and excellent customer service. Extra shout out to Jaliah.

Dr Lauren was very thorough and as it was my first visit here was very impressed by all the technology and the staff was attentive and kind and engaging. I especially enjoyed Alexis she cleaned my teeth! The place is and parking was easy. The pricing was fair and transparent. I'll definitely be back!

I walked into Smile Philosophy feeling anxiety , tense, and overwhelmed about having both a filling and an extraction done, but the moment Dr. Williams walked in, I felt this sense of comfort and reassurance that I truly needed. His gentle approach and professionalism truly set him apart. He didn’t treat me like just another patient—he treated me like a human being who mattered. The way he spoke to me, the patience he showed, and the gentle way he explained everything made me feel safe in a situation I was honestly scared of. He checked on me constantly, made sure I never felt pain, and kept reminding me that I was doing great. That meant more than he probably realizes. It’s rare to find a doctor whose kindness stays with you even after you leave the office. The entire procedure, something I was dreading, turned out to be calm, smooth, and almost emotional because I felt genuinely cared for. I walked out not only relieved, but grateful—grateful for his skill, his compassion, and the way he made me feel seen and supported. The team at Smile Philosophy only adds to that warmth. I went to get a few teeth extracted today. This would be my second visit to Smile Philosophy. The first visit was pretty good. I loved the atmosphere. The dental assistant I had was really good. When I went back to get my teeth extracted, my experience was still good not great. The oral surgeon I had got the job done but he did not have good bedside manner. It felt like he was trying to get the procedure over with as quickly as possible. If it was not for that second experience, I would rate Smile Philosophy five stars.
