I had a great experience! The staff is very professional and understanding. I had to call to get directions, etc. because I am new to the area. They were very patient h ne and I especially liked the “chair side” manner of the dentist. She put me at ease right away and explained every step of my treatment. I look forward to my next visit!

I had an excellent experience. The Hygienist, Lisette, did one of the best cleanings of my teeth I ever had. She was inquisitive, making sure I was brushing and flossing correctly. She was very thorough! Dr. Nelson gave my mouth a good exam, and said to keep up my good dental hygiene and to come back in 6 months. I highly rate this practice. There are two dentists and several Hygienist. The office staff was polite, friendly, and professional.

Lisette was great! The whole staff made a very anxious new dental patient at ease. I highly recommend CBD Dental for anyone who is looking for dental care or particularly those who have just relocated to the area.

Had a crown come off and needed emergency treatment. Dr. Nielsen was available. Wound up needing a filling and new crown. Let her know that I don’t do novocaine. It used to make Dr. Serpas nervous. Although she’s young, she has very steady hands and did an excellent almost pain free job. Would highly recommend her. Will be back for future work.

Their customer service was excellent. During my visit the staff was timely and professional. Dr. Schmidt took the time to go over my concerns and clearly explained any necessary or requested follow-ups. Great job!
