I recently had a root canal treatment here, and I am extremely impressed with the care I received. The dentists were incredibly thorough and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped ease my nerves. What stood out to me was how seamlessly the two dentists worked together. Their coordination made the procedure efficient and smooth, minimizing the time in the chair without compromising on quality. I felt well cared for from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work.

It took my baby for her first check up and Ms. Jessica and Ms. Jennifer at the front desk were so helpful! There was a bit of a wait and Ms. Jennifer gave my baby a snack and Ms. Jessica played with her in the lobby so I was able to finish up intake paperwork! Because they were so kind to her, she was at ease and comfortable with the staff and was very happy and relaxed when getting her teeth checked! Ms. Tammy (hygienist?) was so kind to her and let her see the water spray and water removal tools how they worked by letting her watch it spraying water in a cup and sucking it back out before putting them by her mouth and gave her two toothbrushes when she could not pick her favorite. Dr. Daniel used an upbeat tone and showed her how the tools worked! He was very patient with her when she was confused by the mirror used to count her teeth and worked with her to make sure he could see everything. I really appreciated their care and kindness and making sure she wasn’t scared or upset. She didn’t cry once and I feel very good about continuing care for my daughter with them.

I usually try to avoid dentists because of my severe TMJ. However, I was not in a position to wait any longer. I’m a travel nurse, so I don’t know anyone in this area. However, the reviews for Dr. Tsao were impressive, so I took a chance and went in. I’m very glad I did. All of the staff members really do take their time to explain everything, including treatment plans and price. They were not judgmental whatsoever, and are all about educating their patients. There are scriptures throughout the building, which set a very comforting and relaxing tone. I did not hesitate to make a follow up appointment next month so they could finish what they started. If I lived in this area, Dr. Tsao & his staff would definitely be my full time dentist!

The Dr. And ALL Staff are of the Utmost Professionals in their Expertise. I have 'Always' had Excellent service not for just myself but my entire family! I have made several recommendations to friends and co-workers, with praise and Thanks for the said Recommendation....!!! I've had three visits (check-ups, cleanings, and composite fillings done) in the past year and have absolutely no complaints! American Dental is quick, on top of things, and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Everyone is very professional, thorough, and competent. From front desk, to hygienist, to doctor — all give excellent/kind service and seem to work very well together. I hadn't been to the dentist in over six years when I scheduled my first appointment, so I was quite anxious about it. But everyone is just so great. Big thanks to all that work there!
