I love coming to the dentist when it means I get to come here. Ashley is so personable , the way she communicates and always says my name makes me know she sees me as a person not just a patient . Usually I get Brittany as my hygienist , whio is an excellent hygienist’s friendly, informative, with a sense of calming vibe . Today i had Erin who just like Brittany, was friendly informative and claiming . Two hygienist back to back that are educated and skilled with their hands is hard to find at some dentist. Busy office, but into of everything from front to back and they don’t give you the runaround like some places.! I’ll pay double the prices if I had to just to come back here highly recommended

I got my full mouth X-rays and initial oral exam. So impressed. The staff is friendly and so informative and thorough. Almost excited to get my fillings and crown next week.

I recently had a dental emergency and am a new patient to Seminole Heights Family Dentistry. Kelly was amazing getting me squeezed in to see Dr Spears. I needed a deep clean ahead of a crown and again Kelly and the front office staff were so kind and able to get me in ahead of my scheduled appt after a cancellation. Alejandra did an amazing job! Everyone is so very kind and helpful. I am very pleased and happy with my new dentist and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I wrote a shorter, more vague review but I wanted to take the time and give a more detailed one. My experience with this office has been truly incredible, to the point I almost wanted to cry (tears of joy!) I was personally referred to this practice after a horrible experience with another dental office. From the first time I called, about 10 minutes from closing one day, Stephanie was a friendly and welcoming presence since long before I stepped foot in this office. I called quite a few times between my first call, requesting an appointment, and the day of the appointment. (I did wait 1 month for a new patient exam— totally respectable for any good practice. Luckily, it wasn’t 3+ months out, like a few others I had called previously). Every time I called, for the most part I would get Stephanie on the phone. And I would be calling close to their closing time. And every time she had the same kind and patient tone in her voice that I’m thinking she must always have. Today was my first appointment. I was almost emotional at how kind, patient, gentle, and understanding everyone was that I interacted with. At the front desk, I finally met Stephanie in person and she was as kind as always. I also met Alison(I hope that’s her name) and she was also very friendly, checked me in despite looking busy while Stephanie was facing the front, but on a call. They’re very efficient. I filled out my forms, handed them back, and was quickly taken back. I had no wait time. I was shocked because it was 1 pm and as someone who works in a similar environment, I know how wait times can get longer as the day wears on. The young woman who took my medical info and x-rays, I wish I remembered her name, but she was also very reassuring and calming during a generally stressful experience. She made sure I was okay during the entire process of doing the X-Rays. I also met with Dr. D who really took the time to explain my options, the pros and cons of each… really doing her due diligence and ensuring I got cost estimates, risks, benefits, and just general information of each and every option I had. I really liked that she gave me options, making me feel included in my treatment plan. She was also very kind and personable, making me feel calm and even laughing at the dentist. I then saw Brittany who did my cleaning, ALSO very kind, patient, very gentle. Like you know that she’s fully digging in your teeth but she was just gentle. Then it came down to pay. Would you believe if I told you I enjoyed that too? Because I did. Ashley was phenomenal. She gave me the cost estimates of everything, the full break down of each option again, thoroughly explaining everything before it even happens. There were no surprises. You know what, I take that back. There was a nice surprise, they gave out a Publix gift card just for leaving a review. Again I wrote something short earlier, but it did not do this place justice so I had to go back and tell y’all right! HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely amazing ambience soon as you walk in. Girl power... They all was amazing friendly knowledgeable definitely LED you in the right direction. Regarding payment plans if you need one from paying it off in full to monthly installments. If you are looking for a family dentistry I recommend them 100%. You would never forget your experience there. I wish you guys much success for generations to come. I don't remember everyone name but Ashley you go girl.
