I had an excellent experience at Jackson Dental located right in the heart of downtown Tampa. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their level of care. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. The staff was respectful and professional throughout my visit. However, my overall experience was disappointing because I felt there was a strong focus on upselling additional treatments. After my consultation, I was told I needed gingivitis therapy, antibiotics, and a deep cleaning, and the costs were very high. Wanting a second opinion, I visited another dentist who told me that antibiotics were not necessary in my case, and their pricing for the deep cleaning was much more reasonable. This made me question whether all of the recommended treatments were truly necessary. The office felt very corporate, similar to Aspen Dental, with a strong emphasis on selling additional services. While the staff was courteous, I personally felt the practice was more focused on maximizing profits than providing the most cost-effective care for patients.

Dr Jackson and his staff were highly professional and were easy to talk to throughout the examination and visit. From the front office staff to the dental hygienist and dental assistant. Also, the advanced technology used for their services impressed me quite a bit. I left the office feeling that much more informed about my dental health!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish, the team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Hygienist Marlia was incredible very gentle, thorough, and made sure I understood everything during my cleaning. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Dr. Sreis was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my treatment clearly without rushing. I felt confident I was in great hands. Assistant Lety was also super friendly and attentive, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. The entire staff is welcoming, the office is clean, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality dental care!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the staff at Jackson Dental was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and aren’t just rushing you through. I felt listened to and well taken care of, which is rare at a dentist. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
