I have been a consistent patient at this location for years, and recognize that there has recently been significant turnover and readjustment for staff and patients. Silver linings merit a shout-out to hygienist Jen, who is a consummate professional, passionate about her work, and compassionate toward patients. She imparted very helpful education while gently maneuvering through the procedure. As a trauma specialist in the mental health arena, I was especially impressed by her trauma-informed care. After my first cleaning with her, I was uncharacteristically, NOT anxious to return for the second session. Thank you, Jen!

Jen was my dental hygienist. She was polite-professional and exceptionally efficient. She did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and in addition provided me with instructions on improving my dental hygiene techniques! A real pro! Great job! I'll be back....

August 8 · Hello, I would like to write a thoughtful review on my experience with hygienist ,Jennifer Johnson I will be switching to this office but saw her in a different office a couple years ago I want to share my review as Jen is someone I highly recommend without reservation. I, for one, am hesitant when going to a dentist's office to begin with. She was on point in several factors. Her smile and a welcoming greeting set the stage for what I knew would be an excellent experience. She sat me down and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed as I can possibly be. Starting out, she thoroughly went over my X-rays and informed me on the status of practically every tooth. While filling out paperwork, she had me sit back and watch a very informative video on gum anatomy. She took her time from start to finish. I wanted to rush out and start my day but she didn't want that lol. My gums where inflamed for months and I just lived with it. Jennifer kept reassuring me on how good I would feel in the days to come. To be honest, I underestimated that. She was so precise to make sure every tooth is 100 percent and I know that because instead of hurrying up and finishing my whole mouth, she only did half and said " I want to do a good job and I need two sessions for this." Wasn't the best news given my busy schedule. I said sure. I felt the effect, the very next day as the inflammation around my molar was beginning to subside. I came back much more happily the second time for the rest of my mouth excited to see what the overall results would be. The best part about this whole experience was how pain free it really was. In the beginning, I felt only a mild discomfort and without even telling her, she numbed me up more. I can easily tell she wants her patients to be completely pain free. Couple weeks have past by and I have forgotten the pain I was living in and thank God for introducing me to Jennifer. I say this again, I highly recommend her without reservation. Dr Tuccinardi is amazing. She made sure to explain all my options and explained each step in detail. If at any moment I felt uncomfortable she would pause. At no moment did I ever feel anxious, rushed or unheard. I am extremely happy I came today. This is definitely where I'm staying.
