I had a great experience with Dr. Fonseca and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in Miami. From the beginning, he was extremely careful and thorough in reviewing my dental issues and explaining the best path forward. What really stood out to me was how diligent he was in consulting with his peers and reviewing the specialist recommendations from NYU Dental School regarding my specific case. When it came to removing my molar and planning for an artificial implant, Dr. Fonseca took a very thoughtful and professional approach. He never rushed the process and made sure I understood every step along the way. His attention to detail and genuine care gave me a lot of confidence throughout the treatment. made an appointment at this office shortly after moving to Miami. During the visit, the dentist told me I had around 10–12 cavities that needed treatment. Since I had been consistently seeing my previous dentist in California before moving, I called her afterward because the diagnosis sounded extremely unusual to me. She told me there was no way I would suddenly have that many cavities. I decided to get a second opinion, and long story short — I didn’t have a single cavity. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being cautious and always getting a second opinion before agreeing to extensive dental work. Yes, I'm 100% sure this was the office I visited.

Amazing dentist! Thank you for taking care of my husband during an emergency after-hours extraction. He answered the phone and was able to see him within 30 minutes of me calling on a Saturday night. He was incredibly quick, efficient, gentle, and truly a blessing in a stressful moment. God bless his hands and the work he does. We’re so grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help us so late in the evening. Highly recommend.

Called for an emergency appointment, the Dr answered my call while in a loud restaurant asking for a $250 deposit just to see me and treatment would be charged apart. Why advertise emergency availability if you are clearly not available. Stay away. I got seen late at night by a better and more professional dentist and less expensive.

Absolute life saver!!! On my flight to head to cruise a crown popped off. As soon as I got to my layover I called the 24 hour phone number and told him the situation. He said show up at 9 and I'll take care of you. As soon as I showed up he got me squared away. In and out in 30 minutes. Super polite staff and 100% recommend them.
