Ruben Bustoz 5 months agoHands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I usually hate going to the dentist(usually terrified), but this team made the whole experience easy, calm, and stress-free. The work was done quickly and with almost no pain, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming the entire time. 100/5 stars!
Marian Lahoud a month agoExtremely disappointed by the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service provided by this office. My boyfriend required two separate procedures. Initially, we were informed that if he arrived at a certain time, both procedures could potentially be completed on the same day. Wanting to avoid rushing the process, we followed the office’s recommendation to instead schedule the second procedure for the following week — specifically on Memorial Day, a date that the office itself suggested. Before confirming, I personally called multiple times to ensure the office would in fact be open and able to accommodate the appointment due to an important insurance deadline and limited availability with a full-time work schedule. Each time, we were reassured that the appointment was confirmed and that the office would be operating that day. Despite all of this, only days before the appointment, we received notice that the appointment was being canceled entirely and that they could no longer accommodate us. To make matters worse, staff members provided contradictory explanations regarding whether both procedures could have been completed during the original visit, which ultimately could have avoided this entire situation. Beyond the poor communication and scheduling issues, the overall handling of the situation was incredibly inconsiderate. The office has very limited flexibility for working professionals, no weekend availability, and despite arriving on time for a scheduled appointment, we experienced an excessive wait time that resulted in unnecessary missed work hours. What was most concerning, however, was the dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the front desk staff. Rather than attempting to assist or provide solutions, we were told things such as, “You can find another clinic,” and “What do you want me to do?” — responses that are completely inappropriate when speaking to patients seeking assistance and clarification. To make matters worse, after the completed procedure, we were told that post-procedure instructions would be sent via text message, yet nothing was ever sent. He was sent home without any instructions or guidance. When we attempted to contact the clinic afterward for assistance, the office was already closed. I sent a message requesting help and never received a response — not even the following day. Patients should be treated with professionalism, respect, proper communication, and consideration for their time, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, this experience reflected the complete opposite, and based on how this situation was handled from start to finish, I would not recommend this office to others.
Lauren Kipp 3 months agoMy first visit was seamless and very pleasant! The cleaning was thorough but gentle and Dr Q addressed all my concerns very thoroughly and presented different options to figure out what would work best. The office is lovely and has a calm energy.
Srikant Subramaniam 3 months agoI was visiting Miami on vacation and cracked a tooth at a dinner, requiring an immediate root canal. I found Brickell Dental near my hotel, and I was able to get an appointment immediately for the next day. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I got a root canal and a temp crown within a day. I was able to carry on with my vacation with the temp crown till I got home. I cannot thank Dr. Quintana and the staff enough for their help.
Rodrigo Gavino 4 months agoI was treated very nicely by Dr. Fernando, He is a honest and nice person, but unfortunately I have to do a review based on the professional experience I had in his clinic. Short Story: If you need only aesthetic, cleaning no drilling nor nothing major, go for it. Otherwise, a major intervention or even cavities will cost you in money and time. Long Story: I went for a routine check up after having moved to Miami. Dr. saw a cavity on my teeth and recommended an Onlay (middle ground between a filling and crown). First consultation took 2 hours to do the drilling and all the scanning to have the prothesis done by a third party. During that appointment, Dr. Fernando had to numb me 3 times and blamed it on my high metabolism. Later I learned that my root is curved and Dr. should have used Xray to precisely numb the root which he didn't. Took 2 weeks to get the Onlay prothesis done. I went for a second appointment to simply install it. To my wonder, the Dr. and his assistant were unable to get a clear installation and it took them 4 hours to have it installed and according to them free of interference, although I explicitly stated that I was not feeling my biting normal and it felt High. Dr. brushed it off saying that it was because I was being deceived by the numbing and he was not seeing any marks in the biting tests. Two days later, bite was still bad, I returned for a 3rd appointment to have it correct. Dr. realized it was indeed showing markers and drilled a bit further to correct the biting. This time it worked and I wend on my way, took 1.5 hours this time. 1 week later, after flossing, the Onlay broke. I had then a 4th appointment scheduled where the Dr. told me Onlay was a bad option and it would be better to go for a crown. He then putt a temporary filling that according to him would be hard enough and last until the next appointment. This 4th appointment took me another hour. That same night, the filling felt. I took the cumulated signs of bad service and decided to step away with a loss of 650$ for the service (never recovered), and about 10 hours of my working time (~2,000 $). Total loss 2,650$, plus the correcting service performed for the very same Onlay by Dental World in only 2 hours and this time perfectly done. The corrective Onlay costed me another 1,100$. Overall cost with insurance included 3,750$. Again, if you wanna risk your time and teeth in case of something bigger than aesthetics, be my guest.
