I had an emergency my tooth was aching and online it says 24/7 I get to the location 1145 19th st NW and I go to 602 and lo and behold THEY'RE CLOSED. I call the number for the company and it's an outsourced company asking me for the zip code. Like do you not work at the office I'm calling? Then tells me about a location on M street and says I need an appt. Ma'am it's an EMERGENCY you offer EMERGENCY SERVICES. Why am I making an appt. Pissed me off at 9 am on a Saturday.
