Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I had a great experience with Dr. K. He was incredibly professional and patient. Roza at the reception was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommended!

I highly reccomend this dentist office. Their whole entire staff from the dentists to the dental hygienists are very caring with a people first mentality. I want to specifically highlight Irma who is incredibly kind and patient and saw me through an initial panic attack response to the numbing needle and I am forever grateful for the way she showed up for me in the office. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment and they are conveniently opened on Saturdays which helps a lot with scheduling! I traveled across town for this dentist and never regretted it.

I came in for a VA Compensation and Pension exam expecting the standard dental office routine. That is not what I got. DC Pearls Dental Boutique earns the "boutique" in the name. The waiting area is set up like a living room, and each patient room has a screen playing nature scenes. Small touches, but they do something real for anyone walking in with the kind of anxiety a dental chair tends to bring. Kindness goes a long way, especially in dental and medical offices, where the warmth can vary a lot from one visit to the next. That was not an issue here. Not one person on the staff failed to acknowledge me, whether they were tending to me directly or just passing through. Soldiers are wired to observe things a little differently, and what I noticed was a team that actually worked as a team. I also noticed that every patient leaving while I was waiting walked out looking satisfied. That tells you something. Check-in was painless. They sent the intake by text and I filled it out from the waiting room on my phone. No clipboard, no paper. The front desk kept me posted on the wait the whole time. Dr. Ardekani took his time with the exam, was personable throughout, and actually listened to what I had to say. The dental assistants and the rest of the team carried the same tone all the way through. Friendly without being performative, professional without being cold. At checkout, someone thanked me for my service. "Thank you for your service" always lands with me because it is a choice to say it. Nobody is required to. That choice meant something on the way out. I came in for one appointment. I left already planning to come back as a regular patient once I retire. Whether you are a veteran working through C&P or just someone looking for a dentist who treats you like a person, you are in good hands here.

Dr. Kourosh Ardekani is an outstanding dentist. During my visit today, he conducted a thorough examination of my teeth, including X-rays and a CT scan, and carefully explained the next steps before scheduling my follow-up appointment. His office is equipped with advanced, state-of-the-art technology, and the overall environment feels modern, efficient, and highly professional. It truly stands out as a boutique dental practice in Washington, DC. I was equally impressed by his team—everyone was courteous and attentive. A special thank you to Shamaila (شمائلہ) for her kindness and support. Highly recommended.

I’ve never left a dentist feeling confident, without tears, before going to DC Pearls Dental Boutique. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was kind and helpful. My hygienist then was conscious of my gag reflex problem and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He spoke to me like an adult, explained the treatment and never made me feel shame for starting my dental journey. He also recommended some alternatives to string floss to help with my gag reflex. The doctor was exceptional- instead of making me feel like a failure, she guided me through the exam and explained to me what the next steps were. Afterwards, I went back to the front desk for next steps and scheduling and they again, provided kind and helpful customer service. I feel really grateful to have a dentist after all of these years where I feel respected.
