I was very pleased with my first visit to Family Dental. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in a few years, and the dentist recommended a deep clean which I really think I need. I am also having problems with receding gums, and he suggested waiting until after the deep cleaning to see if it helps my gums. All seems like sound advice.

They did a great job on all of my services over the years. I went in for a root canal, deep cleaning, regular cleanings every 6 months, several fillings and received great customer service as well as great professional work from Dr. Patel.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The front office staff were warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The nurse went above and beyond to comfort me and ease my concerns, which really made a difference. The dentist is truly outstanding—skilled, efficient, and genuinely caring, making me feel confident and well-taken care of. You guys ROCK!

The office is well-run with a lively/ friendly front office, appreciative patients in the waiting room, cheerful & knowledgeable back office and then the very upbeat, seasoned and good-natured Dr. Patel. I was particularly impressed what looked to me like brand-new and almost space-aged equipment which made my appointment that much more interesting and effective! Tomorrow morning I will call my insurance company and thank them for the referral and encourage them to send more that call looking for a wonderful, family, dental office.

I visited the dentist for a cleaning, but my appointment was rushed. I arrived at 3:05 p.m., but I wasn’t seen until 4:00 p.m. During the appointment, I didn’t receive a thorough cleaning. As someone who isn’t a dentist, I’m certain that a cleaning involves more than just taking X-rays and removing decay. There was no brushing, no fluoride, and nothing else. I have three teeth that require fillings, and the dentist simply told me that my month was great and that I should schedule an appointment to get my back chipped teeth fixed. I will not be returning to this dentist office. Adding additional information based on the owner’s response since Google won’t allow me to respond directly. The owner requested that I remove this review because I mistakenly wrote it about their practice. However, this is the correct location is on 17th and I Street. It’s in a building with 16 additional practices. You go to the six floor by elevator, make a left turn and it’s is the first office on the left-hand side. There’s an older receptionist, a lady who I assume is the assistant, and the dentist, a gentleman. I have the correct location. I’m not sure how you’re not able to find my file. However, everyone was pleasant, but the process was rushed.
