Maria Pirela a month agoI'm pregnant and unfortunately I hadn't bothered to see the comments here, they are terrible but very accurate. 6 days ago to be exact I had a cord extraction and one day after the wisdom tooth extraction I felt better on the third day an intense pain began, which went towards my teile, the ear and so it was getting worse until the fifth day I went to be checked because I knew that something was not right. And I have a dry alveolitis. The doctor applied a spicy ointment on me and told me that I had leftover food. I followed the instructions from the dentist on the day of the extraction I brushed, I used dental floss which she did not tell me, and the syringe I asked and they told me not to use it the same day I did it and that when I did not introduce it in the hole, now this doctor tells me that if you have to do it. I saw the tooth of bad appearance from day two and she the correct indications, they made me a bad procedure and now that I go back they let me go without anything else. Here I still have a lot of intense pain after having a pressure wash as this doctor told me. Professional attention to a situation with the patient is not the right one. Even though I was performing the irrigation using the syringe exactly as instructed on the day of the extraction—without inserting it deeply, applying gentle pressure, and avoiding forceful spitting—I actually began using the syringe 24 hours later. I did this because I had asked the person who acted as my translator, and he told me to start using it the *next* day, not on the day of the procedure itself. I was simply following the instructions provided by the dentist or the assistants. On the fifth day, I returned suffering from severe pain; another doctor attended to me and told me that I actually needed to use the syringe with *pressure*. I simply do not understand why correct instructions aren't provided to ensure the patient has absolute clarity on what to do following a dental extraction. Here I am now, still in severe pain, even after performing the high-pressure irrigation as this new doctor instructed. They simply do not explain clearly what steps to take after a wisdom tooth extraction. Furthermore, as specialists, you really should perform a thorough cleaning—or at least provide instructions to do so—prior to a procedure like this to prevent infection, ensuring the area is properly examined and disinfected beforehand. And following the extraction, you need to clearly explain the proper aftercare protocols; I did exactly what I was told, yet I still developed dry socket. Now, here I am—pregnant—enduring intense pain and causing stress to my baby as a result.

Michelle Zeller 4 months agoDo not come here they do not care about their jobs or their patients. My young daughter is supposed to have extensive dental work done with anesthesia, I was told that I would receive a call the day before her appointment (between 3-5pm)giving me all the information needed for the appointment. The day of the call came and they called me at 2pm while I was still at work so I missed the call. When I called them back NO ONE was able to help me at all! I called the number the voicemail told me to call and I was transferred 3+ times and every person I talked to was rude and unhelpful especially CAROL. When I finally got a call back LIZ was absolutely no help and was very dismissive as I am a first time mother and this is scary experience for me no one showed any compassion towards me or my child. FINALLY after a lot of stress and anxiety I got a phone call from MIRANDA and she was my saving grace she took it upon herself to give me a call and answered all my questions and made me feel very reassured that my child would be taken care of and didn’t try to rush me and took her time talking with me. Everyone in this office should be more like her and if they don’t care about their patients they should not be in this field.
Tina Randall 2 months agoWonderful experience overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was very skilled and gentle. The clinic was clean and organized, and the service was quick. I felt comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish.
