I had an unexpected dental emergency after chipping a tooth and was incredibly grateful that The Smile Center was able to get me in right away. From the moment I called, every interaction was positive. Scheduling was easy, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and genuinely helpful. Dr. Moreno was especially wonderful. From the moment I sat down, I felt heard and supported. Dr. Moreno took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what had happened to my tooth, and answer every question without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how seriously my concerns were taken, which was incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. Everyone at the office made me feel comfortable and cared for. I left feeling informed and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend The Smile Center to anyone looking for a dental office with compassionate providers and an outstanding staff. Thank you all for turning a stressful day into such a positive experience. :)

Up until two years ago, I had the best dentistry from a very prestigious practice in downtown SF. After 40 years of exemplary care and service, the dentist retired. And then I found the Smile Center. What an amazing experience getting my care here for the past two years. From their dentists, to their technicians and hygienists, along with their office staff, I can only rave about my experiences in every way. Courteous, professional, state of the art embracing, comfortable and happy people. I could not want for more. And now I can walk to my wonderful dental office from home!

Julien Moreno is a collaborative dentist. Discussed findings, demonstrating on x-ray and photo, and shared options with me. Made me feel really empowered to make good health choices. Always having the best experience here! Starting with the front desk with Raquel, always has a big smile and ready to help. The dental hygienist Jane who was super nice and was thorough with the cleaning. Finally the assistant Karla was a big help and very friendly! 10/10!

Jane at Smile Center is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She has great table manners. She’s so soft and gentle while doing some good cleaning. Her work is thorough, and the staff are attentive and kind.
