Most visits to the dentist are not very enjoyable. But going to Midtown Modern Dental is a totally different experience. From the moment I walked in on my first visit, I was greeted by a delightful professional staff of lovely young women. Everything was handled perfectly, and soon I was in the care of wonderful Robin, the kindest technician I have ever met. Next came Dr. Vicuna, who explained everything I needed to have done and settled my mind that my dental situation was not as bad as I had worried. From then on, everything was done perfectly - X-rays, cleaning, eventual crown repair. Robin was an angel, even giving me a soft blanket to keep comfortable under during the long procedures. I will sum up and say this office and these people - Dr. Vicuna and his entire staff - are the best and most caring and professional I have ever met. The office is bright and pretty, too, immaculately neat. I highly recommend them.

First of all when you walk in the receptionist is very cordial and ThoroughI. I never have a bad experience there especially since dentist has a bad rapport of people still being scared of going. But Dr. Sergio Vicuna;Midtown has a very unique touch very gentle. His voice is very smoothing and Carrying and he explains everything to you and wants to make sure you understand what he’s talking about and I don’t mean as he’s walking out he literally stand there and listens to you about dental questions. The hygienist are as well very professional and also ask questions and they are polishing your teeth and also very cordial. Thank you for a great experience

Staff is amazing! From receptionist to tech to doctor! Really appreciated Dr. Petersen’s skill and reassuring comments as well as his skill level. Dental assistant Reno was very calming, had a nice manner, reassurances and comforting touch on my shoulder. Highly recommend this office!

Such a friendly and relaxing dentistry - the ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and Dr. Alexandra creates a very calm and uplifting environment. I felt no pain at all with my procedure today. They also seen me right away. I’m so happy I found this dentist group!

Yes my name is Kenneth fullton. I visited midtown modern group modern dental group twice and each time was a upset because of their disrespect. They have shown me that either is my color or the type of person. I am that they do not want me in their office. I see the type of people that go in there so I kind of get the idea now. But it is one of the worst dental groups in Sacramento that I have ever come across. The ladies that work at the counter are disrespectful. The doctor or dental doctor is disrespectful and they have no embarrassing moments of not trying to hide it. They show it straight up front. So if you're my culture black or African American male, you might find out that you're not welcome at midtown modern dental group by Safeway on 19th and teeth
