I have been a patient of Downtown Plaza Dental Offices for over 30 years. They maintain the highest standard of care and keep up with the latest techniques, materials and technologies. In my experience, the entire team is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, friendly, courteous and kind. I actually enjoy going to Downtown Plaza Dental Offices because they treat me like family, and I almost never feel any pain. The dentists fully inform me about options, include me in decisions about my care, and explain what they are doing and why. They work well with my dental insurance company, obtaining pre-approval when appropriate and provide me with an estimate of my share of the cost in advance. I have primarily been treated by Dr. Jennifer Finnerty. She truly cares about her patients, including prevention, monitoring potential issues, costs and avoiding pain. She is meticulous about her dental work, including color matching, ensuring crowns fit properly, shaping fillings and considering overall appearance. In addition, I have been seen by Dr. Michael Finnerty, who also provides excellent care. The dental hygienists are very knowledgeable, skilled, thorough and courteous, too. The dentists and staff work together seamlessly. I have complete confidence and trust in Downtown Plaza Dental Offices and highly recommend their services.

Downtown Dental Plaza has been amazing every step of the way. From dental emergencies to routine cleanings and even custom mouthguards, they’ve handled it all with skill and care. The entire staff is exceptional—friendly, professional, and truly welcoming. They treat me like family every time I walk through the door, which makes even stressful dental visits feel easy and comfortable. The best dental office in Sacramento!! Centrally located, beautiful office, and the greatest staff. They make everyone feel welcome as well as offer excellent services!! Ive been going there for almost a decade and my smile has never been brighter!! 😁

I have been going to Downtown Dental for about a decade now. They are hands down the best dentist in Sacramento area. Both the staff and the dentists truly care about their patients and you won't feel like a number. They also aren't like corporate chains who try to push un-needed treatments on you just to run up the bill. I cannot recommend this practice high enough!!

Amazing care! Karla was so kind and the entire experience was easy. I felt very ashamed of my teeth. There was absolutely no judgement and the entire staff obviously had sensitivity training. Five star review for DDS Finerty was exceptional. The front staff made me laugh and feel beyond taken care of.
