After years of avoiding dental checkups, I finally decided to get the oral health in order & I'm glad I chose Zak Dental. From my initial visit, the team provided a thorough and comprehensive breakdown of everything I needed & helped me understand my options. They got me scheduled for the next day & were super accommodating to my busy schedule. They completed my treatment with minimal discomfort and I honestly didn't think I would find a dental team this welcoming & amazingly skilled, with my budget-friendly insurance. Dr Toosie , Merlyn,Cat and Makayla are amazing!!!! I have been coming to Zak dental for years and I am aways greeted with a smile. They go above and beyond. My entire family comes here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Zak Dental you are the BEST😊

I always receive great service at Zak Dental Long Beach. Just recently, I picked up my partial after being repaired. It was an easy process. Dr. Toosi and his team are friendly and helpful; always ready to listen to your concerns. If you live in the the area, I highly recommend this place.

This is the first time in a million years that I have encountered the luxury of experiencing the highest quality of dental performance. The transparency was an A+. The degree of professionalism was beyond an A+ and the procedures were beyond the human concept of words. From the entry point I felt this was home, due to the sense of welcoming, and I highly recommend anyone who is seeking dental treatment to not overlook this jewel, for if you are seeking quality, these are the people who can certainly afford you that.

The staff was friendly which I appreciated but, I was disappointed with my overall experience. My appointment turned out to be virtual, and I was not made aware of that beforehand. Then I waited over 30 minutes without being seen. Unfortunately, I had another appointment scheduled and could not continue waiting, so I had to leave before I was ever seen by the provider. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and extended wait time made me feel like my time was not respected. Better communication about the appointment format and more consideration for patients schedules would greatly improve the experience.
