They bribe you with an electric toothbrush for a good review but when I came last year it was so unprofessional. The staff is very cliquey like its highschool, no one greeted me upon entering their raggedy office both times I had to come in, felt the need to scrunch up faces at me for needing to make phone calls before deciding if I wanted to pay for their service, the financial woman has a horrific and demeaning attitude, it was an overall nightmare. Nor did my crown and root canal ever properly heal causing me to have to go elsewhere months later. Rough handed, rude, unwelcoming people. I do not recommend.

I have had only great experiences here. Friendly staff that communicates well, in a location that isnt far. I will continue to use this office for sure.

My first visit to.Fuller Smiles in Long Beach. I was seen very quickly and had X-rays and a cleaning with my insurance. I was also given a full treatment needed assessment. I will be returning to complete the procedures. Thank you to Dr. James and Kevin Le my RDH as well as the great office staff. Highly recommended.

Very kind staff excellent customer service Dentist and entire staff went out there way to make me feel welcome and explain every procedure to me Very glad to be a member of their family will recommend this dentist And staff to everyone
