This place is great. The back office assistants are very nice and always on a good mood. The receptionists are very nice expect Lizz.

HISPANO DENTAL CARE IS A PROFESSIONAL PLACE OF CARE AND MAKING YOU FEEL AT EASE WHEN YOUR IN THERE CARE; FROM THE HYGIENIST, ASSISTANCE., ANDTHE DOCTOR. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THEY'RE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY EVEN START WORKING ON YOU. THEY LISTENED TO YOUR CONCERNS.IF YOU HAVE SOME. THEY DO NOT LOOK AT YOU AS A DOLLAR SIGN. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DO NOT RUSH. NEW PATIENTS ARE WELCOME.

Worst experience with Doctor Jose Gonzalez. I had been a patient of his since 2009, no sort of customer service when it comes down to his patients. New doctor is more gentle when it came down to working with me and offerd me the respect and gives himself his place as a doctor, also made me feel confident going back to this office.

Greatest service ever... I really wasn't expecting much from this place, however I had the greatest experience I've ever had at the dentist... I was very surprised! They requested a deep clean to my insurance, the request was approved in 2 weeks! My previous dentist knew I needed a deep clean they had sent a request as well but they said that the insurance usually takes a while to respond, they said it could take months, so my next appointment was in about a year! supposedly hoping that the insurance would respond in about 6 or 8 months. I didn't wanna wait that long so I decided to visit this place and I got my deep clean in 3 weeks after my first visit and by the way with "zero pain" GREAT STAFF!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
