I use to like going to this dentistry, but over time there has had been multiple occasions where my time has been wasted and Im completely over this place at this point.Now having to reschedule my appointment that I set over a month ago that was also rescheduled due to being short staff after waiting an hour to see someone. Today I was asked to reschedule again,that I couldn’t be seen because I was late by 17 min ,they have a grace period of 15 so really 2 min. I think this completely unprofessional . I’m sure the front desk receptionist is a sweetheart. But I don’t appreciate the excuses. I Request time off twice from my job for these appointments and I refused to reschedule since I felt enough of my time has been wasted. Find better patients care. Because it start as soon as you walk through the door and this place clearly does not care.

I love Dr. Dessabell!! She is very kind and compassionate. She eased my nerves and made sure I was taken care of. The assistants are hit and miss… you can tell they get along very well- which is great! However, you can hear them talking and laughing loudly in the background. The front office is awesome! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the office itself could use a facelift; paint and TLC. Overall I would recommend!

My only complaint was waiting, but I’m glad I did. The dentist, Jennie was super kind and accommodating. I didn’t find the staff rude at all. Having to wait at any doctors office should be expected I guess. The staff was great.

There are extremely helpful and kind people here. After getting burned by dentist after dentist the great people who work here took me in and actually helped me with my problem. They are very straight forward, clear, and helpful. I came in with a wisdom tooth issue that prevented me from eating and they scheduled me immediately for an examination of the tooth and potential surgery. They even prescribed me antibiotics. They care about their clients.

EDITED* review 2024 The original comments below still apply for me, but sadly, my spouse has been forced to wait up to an hour multiple times. Staff reported seven patients scheduled at the same time on the most recent visit. Scheduling this many patients at once when there is only one dentist at work doesn't inspire confidence in the practice. If this were a one-time thing then I would chalk it up to an error from the staff. Since it happened multiple times, it seems like there is another value system at work here. (2023) All staff were professional, prompt, and made sure I was comfortable. The space is clean and even has TV's in the cleaning/exam "rooms" which helps distract from the more squeamish moments. Very highly recommended!
