I chosed Elite Dental after careful research for office that not only will take care of all of my dental needs but also will provide top notch service for a patient with anxiety and general fear of dentists. I didn't regret my choice! Assistants at the front office make sure you have appointment when it's convenient for you. Ramsina takes time to explain financial charges. Dr.Mann and Dr. Haier are virtuose at what they do. Hygienist Sophia does great deep cleaning with local numbing if you need it. You are even offered a blanket if you are getting cold during appointment. Office is cozy and clean. Parking is spacious. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service.

Dr. Mann has been my dentist for over 5 years, and I am very happy with the level of service and attention I receive from her and her wonderful staff. I have been suffering from an extreme form of periodontal disease my entire adult life, and needed to have 10 teeth removed and replaced as a result. The procedure and process provided many challenges given the extent of the bone damage--physically, emotionally and financially. Dr. Mann provided me with not only an effective surgery with implants using high tech Robot and 10 unit bridge--she counseled me to make sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. The human touch that she provides truly separates her from other dentists. Technology they use is top notch in modern dentistry using advanced digital tools like digital scanners, crown milling machines, 3D printers and robot called Yomi. In addition, the staff at the practice is excellent. I have been seeing Dr. Mann’s team at Elite Dental for standard dental procedures, and I have always had a wonderful experience.

Went in for a Crown and the Dentist tried to sell a 64 year young woman Invisalign braces that I did Not Want or Need. When I politely declined, I was sent to their Closer / reception/ manager. You will have an easier time walking into a car dealership and buying a New Car than having dental work done from this Practice. The only thing Elite about Elite Dental is their Name. The dental technician cemented my porcelain crown to my tooth. The crown needed adjustment. That’s when I found out that the dental technician did not know the difference between a wisdom Tooth and a molar. That’s like an RN not knowing the difference between her right and left arm. When the dentist asked me to describe what was happening with my crown, I asked him which number the crown was on. The dental technician said that it was tooth 17. Then she asked me if I had my wisdom teeth removed. Oh, in that case, the crown is on tooth number 18. The dentist did some testing and said the crown was High. The dental technician said that maybe the reason why I was experiencing pain was because the crown had not been properly sealed. This was the dental technician’s first week on the job, so the dentist can’t vouch for the technician’s quality of work. Elite Dental will Not fix their mistakes without charging an additional Fee. Their solution to my ongoing pain is not to chew on the porcelain crown for two weeks. If the pain persists after two weeks, the dentist will refer me out to a specialist - an endodontist. I rarely need dental work. I floss my teeth everyday and have a teeth cleaning every three months. This was a replacement crown. Don’t be surprised if you walk out needing more dental work than what you bargained for. Elite Dental forte is Invisalign braces. Elite Dental’s mantra is Teamwork is Dream Work. Before the dental technician ….was the assistant who attempted to cement the porcelain crown without numbing my mouth. “Sometimes a tooth is sensitive,” she said. The dentist walked in and said, “I am here to rescue you” and he numbed my teeth. I set my expectations too high and was treated like a charity case. I expected x - rays and teeth cleaning by the dental hygienist and an exam by the dentist. I did not expect to be seen by a Team of people who wore masks and didn’t not introduce themselves by Occupation for a teeth cleaning. I was surprised when the dentist and a staff member tried to upsell me on braces when I was there for a crown. I expected my tooth to be prepped and cemented on by an experienced dentist. That did not happen. The receptionist told me that if I wanted them to fix or repair the crown, I have to pay them again. Is that customary that when a dentist makes an error that the patient keeps paying them until they properly fit the porcelain crown on my tooth ? Elite Dental does not want to Remove the crown, recement it, or find out why it is causing me pain. The dentist wants to refer me to an endodontist to fix their problem at my financial expense. Read their Yelp reviews. Elite Dental is rewarding patients with Starbucks gift cards to leave them reviews. That’s probably a good indicator as to why they have back to back 5 star reviews. I wish that someone would have let me know that I was considered a Welfare case and allowed me to decide if I wanted to use my VA community care insurance or my Private Dental Insurance. I scheduled an appointment to see a VA dentist for a second opinion and am using my porcelain crown as a temporary crown. In my opinion, Elite Dental isn’t worth anything on the market. Teamwork is Dream work so that they don’t have to be held accountable or take responsibility. What do I really think happened? Elite billed the VA community Care $1859 for a porcelain crown and was reimbursed $750.00. A dental practice would have to cut a lot of corners to make this transaction profitable, such as have a New Hire Dental technician perform the work of a dentist - unsupervised. A dental tech who said that she cemented the porcelain crown on tooth 17, a wisdom tooth that had been pulled out over 40 years ago

Before I committed myself to make an appointment I called the office. The woman asked me for my member # which I gave not 1 minute later she came back on phone and stated yes they accept it. I made an appointment and made an appointment. They took my card when I showed for my appointment. I proceeded with procedures. $5,000 worth. Two weeks later I was notified by insurance was not approved due to the fact they were not in network. I was falsely told my insurance was accepted. The treatment from this Dr. Mann was something I have never experienced from any dentist in my 77 years of going to dentist. A very negative one. The pain and stress I experienced is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. So ends my review on a most negative experience.

I had two very frustrating visits to this office that left a bad taste in my mouth. For my first appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early specifically to check in and complete any paperwork. Despite that, I ended up sitting in the lobby for nearly 50 minutes past my scheduled time before anyone called me back. My second visit was even more disappointing. Just three minutes before my 1:00 pm appointment, I received a text threatening me with a $100 no-show fee if I didn’t show up. This was the first time in my life I’ve ever received a late/no-show warning before my actual appointment time. I arrived at 1:06 pm and checked in right away. When the hygienist finally called me back, she said, “It’s nice of you to show up—we thought you weren’t coming.” After the appointment was finished and I went to pay, I noticed they had added the $100 late fee to my bill anyway. I had to speak with multiple people before they finally agreed to remove it. I understand offices run behind sometimes, but the combination of excessive wait times, the premature threatening text, the sarcastic comment from the hygienist, and the automatic late fee left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. I won’t be returning.
