Ok so to be fair, the doctor does a good job hes nice and helps efficiently. And the assistance are nice, But his staff of ladies at the front desk are not disciplined or understand the core values of customer service. Thay are rude, snappy, short with you, but fake nice when they first meet you. Every appointment is double booked so they purposely scheduled multiple people for the same time, leading to alot of people being there well over a hour. I had a appointment for 9am I came in and at 10:30 srill havent been seen. I ask how much longer and they said I have 2 more people ahead of me. And I seen multiple walk-ins go in before me that got there after me. When I tried to talk to her. She came at me rude and snappy. I told her about the walking going in how long ive been waiting and she said what do you want me to do there's people ahead of you but I can reschedule you is that ok? She says in a rude tone. 🙄 like seriously these ladies are rude as hell and yea the doctor is good but his staff of ladies suck. Gossiping and ignoring people waiting at the desk for a question or assistance. If you wanna go in and out dont go here, if you wanna go early at 7:30 am you might have a better chance but thats not garenteed. I know a few people who dont go here no more for that reason, it sucks smh.

This place seen me quick thank you to the Dr and his staff. Me personally I think that there amazing, they went out of there way to understand (the patient) ME, my situation and got me in and out quick Dr did an amazing excellent service. I would definitely recommend a lot of people who keep waiting for weeks with other Dentist to come to “All Smiles Family & Children Dentistry” Thank you guys Keep up the great work

If I could give zero stars I would. I took off work for this appointment... I took my son who is eighteen months To get some caps and a cleaning. I called ahead of time when I made the appointment to make sure that they would be able to do so and then when we arrived the doctor was on vacation. So there was nothing that they could do for us. Not only that the facility is full of flies and no air conditioning. It's not a place for your families and definitely not a spot for kids. They honestly should be ashamed of their dentist office. They could at least sweep up and wiped down the walls.

I recently took my daughter to All Smiles Family & Children Dentistry. It was only for a cleaning, but children and dentist can be very stressful. This establishment was clean, and timely with their appointments. The dentist made my daughter feel safe, and made the appointment more of a fun experience for her. I will definitely be back, and would recommend this to family and friends.

I had a nice experience at All Smiles Family & Children Dentistry from start to finish. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and was gentle throughout the entire visit. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling confident about my dental care and happy to have found a place I can truly trust.
