Every interaction I had with the staff, from the front desk personnel, the office manager, the exray technician, the dentist and the oral hygienist has been amazing! They are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring! I will always come back here for all of my dental care!

Been coming here for a while now, I’m very satisfied with the variety of specialty providers. This makes it more simple to receive treatment without needing to be referred out, take more X-rays, another consult, then treatment, then back to your original dentist for the check up. I like being diagnosed then scheduled for treatment in the same office, it saves at least 2 or 3 appointments. All the workers are friendly, experienced, and helpful. Rochelle is the only hygienist to actually show my how to properly floss which has helped my gums the most, and Jenny the office manager was able to help me set up a payment plan after not being to the dentist for almost 6 years and needing a lot of work originally. 10/10 would recommend them.

Had three fillings today on May 4th 2026 by doctor V and nurse Jennifer. Also had X-rays done on May 1st by nurse esme. Both days I received absolute 100% excellent care. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also on both days I had help from another Jennifer really helpful.

Very frustrating and concerning experience. I was originally quoted about $15,000 for snap-in dentures at one Western Dental location. That office closed, and when I went to the Broadway & Country Club office, none of my records were transferred. I had to start over completely. This time, I was quoted around $17,000 for just dentures and a bone graft—with no snap-in option. Being quoted more money for fewer treatment options within the same company is a major red flag. On top of that, the staff member handling the financials was rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation worse. Patients should not have to track down their own records or deal with completely different diagnoses and pricing between locations. This lack of consistency and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for major dental procedures. I expect better coordination, transparency, and respect moving forward.

My daughter and I went in for an orthodontics consultation. Keep in mind that we were offered this appointment. We did not ask for this appointment. When we arrived. We were taken back to see the orthodontist who explained what was going on, answered our questions and then put us in a room to have somebody come in and give us the estimate for braces and Invisalign. We waited in this room for about 10 minutes before the so-called office manager asked us to go back to the lobby and that she would be with us in a moment when she called us up to the front desk, she asked for our dental insurance and then proceeded to rattle off a bunch of numbers that the braces would be 3400. I have a $1500 benefit and with a discount blah blah blah something about $1000 and she asked if we wanted to see if we could be approved my response was can we get the paperwork and look it all over and then we’ll let you know so she prints out the so-called estimate hand it to us. We walk out the door without looking at it and it’s not even an estimate. The paper is completely blank except for where it says gold brace is $3400. There’s no information about a discount. There’s no information about my insurance benefits and there is no information about Invisalign. I called in. I was hung up on the first time I called back and spoke with a lady who informed me that the person helping us was the office manager that she was currently busy and she would get back to us. I asked the lady to take my email and contact information so that she could just type up the estimate and then just email it to me so I could review when I was ready. It has been three days later and I have not received anything. this office manager needs to learn to be more courteous to their patients. In response to your response Maybe you missed the part in my review where I called not once but twice into your office and nobody has contacted me back nor have I received any emails with the requested estimate for the braces. Why would I call a third time so that you could ignore my request again?
