I definitely recommend these folks, everyone on staff is very kind and helpful. I got a cleaning today and it was really well done - both gentle and thorough. I’m thankful to have found a great dentist after mixed experiences elsewhere in town. Thank you!

I was immediately called back with no wait. Luz was professional & pleasant. Dr.Julia Drabs was very thorough and explained findings of my images & treatment plan in an understandable manner. Ellie at checkout was extremely helpful with my referral & insurance questions. Everyone was caring & friendly & made my visit a good experience.

It's states on insurance website and on the dentist offices websites directly that they take the insurance my son has.. upon calling I'm told no they do not take it, or they did but will not as of the 16th of January 2026.. really disappointing that I can't trust the insurance website, the actual providers website.. Waste of time.

I made an appointment almost 3 months ago for tomorrow. The office wanted to schedule 2 separate appointments, one for the initial consult and a second for a cleaning. Not ideal, but I agreed. When I didn't receive a confirmation call, email, or text, I proactively called the office the day before my appointment. The office informed me they still hadn't checked with my insurance company. 10 minutes later, they called to let me know they would not be using xrays taken 7 months ago, and I would need to pay out of pocket. The last-minute information combined with the office staff's attitude and lack of proactiveness made my decision to cancel easy. The dentists might be great, but I will never know.

I recently had an issue with this dental office. Despite scheduling my appointment two months in advance, I received a call the day before informing me that they don't accept my insurance. I understand mistakes can happen, but the short notice was inconvenient. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their insurance verification process. For now, I'm looking elsewhere for my dental care.
