I should of took it as I sign when they messed up my sons braces consult. Instead I went against my intuition and signed the contract. First 2 months were fine. 10 months later hes barely being seen from appts. They kept canceling and rescheduling. Absolutely horrible customer service and scheduling system they have. Go anywhere else but here. The fettys outside the building have more sense then them. Disappointing!!!!

What an experience. I had 4 teeth extracted with no issue whatsoever. The surgeon was amazing. No pain, very little bleeding, and he explained every thing that he was doing. Thanks doc for the positive experience. There's another Doctor; Doctor Angela! She is very caring. She did my first extraction. No issues. Thanks Angela! Excellent caring staff. Ladies, I appreciate all the time you spent with me during this process! I highly recommend Dorsett Dentistry especially if you are nervous about going to the Dentist.

Absolutely hands down the best dentist I have been to! There was a bit of a speed bump with my dental insurance, but one of the other ladies was able to look it up with my SSN. I did have to come back for my cleaning, however, it was 10000% worth it! I WISH I got the name of the lady doing my cleaning because she was absolutely FANTASTIC! I will be recommending this to everyone I know that is looking for a dentist! I can't remember the last time my teeth have felt this smooth and looked so good!!!

I had a really frustrating experience with this orthodontist office. When I first finished my braces treatment, I paid $200 upfront because I was told I would be able to get additional pairs of retainers within the next two years if needed. After I lost my retainer, I spent over two months trying to get an appointment, and the process was extremely difficult. I kept getting bounced between customer service and the office, and no one seemed able to actually help me schedule properly. I was given multiple different phone numbers to call, but many of them either led me right back to customer service or did not connect me to anyone at all. I was never able to reach the actual office directly. To make things worse, I was given incorrect information multiple times. I was told different days that the orthodontist would be available, but those dates were not accurate. I also asked for a direct phone number to the office when I finally went in, and I was told that I could only go through customer service, which made everything even more frustrating and delayed. The office is also no longer located near me—they moved to a much farther location, which made the situation even more inconvenient. I finally got an appointment and drove about an hour to the location, taking time off work, only to be told when I arrived that there was no orthodontist there. I was never contacted or notified ahead of time, so the trip was completely wasted. After waiting even longer for another appointment, I was finally seen—but by that point, my teeth had already shifted. I was then told I would need to pay an additional $250 for treatment, even though the delay was due to the office not having an orthodontist available and the poor scheduling process. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, incorrect information, constant runaround with customer service, relocation inconvenience, and additional costs made the whole process feel unfair and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommended getting braces with them at all!

Honest and caring staff took care of me. They met me where I was, they were understanding and helped guide me to a plan I can afford and will be best for my long term health. TBH, I was feeling hopeless/avoiding getting back on track with my dental care. Now I feel like I’m back on track, I didn’t realize, but it’s really a great relief. I really hope anyone reading this who’s on the fence can just come in and give it shot.
