I recently visited McDowell Road Family Dentistry and had an exceptional experience. Dr. Peter Arvanitis and his entire staff are incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Bryana at the front desk she is extremely warm and helpful, taking the time to answer every question I had with a smile. It is rare to find a practice that combines such high-level expertise with genuine customer service. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free dental visit!

Professional, clean, and friendly. Not pushy either for things you don’t need. Have been coming here several years now. Everyone was great, and Judith, the dental hygienist who cleans my teeth is fantastic.

This is a wonderful, kind, compassionate, clean, competent, and professional office. I cannot single out any one person as every single interaction I have had big or small has been great. I feel so lucky to have found this downtown dentist’s office and will stay with them even if I move outside of the downtown area. It’s worth traveling to. This office restores your faith in competent medical care. By the way, there is a review on here by a pregnant lady who said how dare the office not allow her to decline X-rays. She is wrong, dental professionals have an obligation to do a comprehensive exam which does include X-rays before determining a plan of care. As she has a right to refuse X-rays, professional medical practitioners also have the right to not do harm going in blind to administer care. And dental X-rays are safe for pregnant women. I bet anything if the issue had been financial this office would have figured out how to accomodate this lady. You WANT an office that is uncompromising when it comes to ethical standards of practice. I am always disappointed when people don’t just google the rules. If you can love a dental office, you will love this one.

Doctor A and his staff are GREAT. I had to have a crown done and the last dentist that did one my teeth hurt for days. Doctor A did such a great job that I was able to eat later in the day and had no pain. I will recommend him and his staff to everyone.

The staff here are extremely caring and competent. I haven’t been to the dentist in so long because of anxiety and bad experiences. Judith, who did my X-rays before the doctor came in, was so friendly, gentle, knowledgeable and most importantly she communicated with me. And for the first time in my life, I wasn’t anxious while someone was doing dental work on me. Brianna, who helped me get my paperwork together before leaving, was sooo knowledgeable, so friendly, SO HELPFUL! She made sure I felt like I understood the process and had no problem spending 10 minutes with me to go over all of my options. Going to the dentist can be super scary from the dental work alone- but the money is just as scary. Brianna and Judith were such assets to me in my first visit back to the dentist and I can’t thank them enough!!! ❤️
